Shipping is easy at Console World.

Put items into the basket. All items have a weight assigned to them.
Notice the shipping estimator at the bottom of the basket page?
When you get to checkout, you can choose your shipping method. This is also international customer friendly! 

Free Shipping Offer
Spend over the free shipping threshold and your basket will automatically qualify for free shipping. Note that free shipping is an economy service and you are able to choose other non-economy services. Offer is available only to UK residents.

International buyers, do not despair. Your shipping is subsidised. Over £30 you will instead qualify for free tracking and signed for delivery!

Returns

If you don't like your product, then you can return it for a full refund. Normally we allow 14 days for you to do this. If there is nothing wrong with the product, then you will normally be expected to pay the return postage bill yourself.
We believe in customer satisfaction above all else, so whilst retro gaming products are rarely perfect by nature of them being used, if your item fails to make you happy then we will offer replacement or refund at your choice.
Please note that there are some conditions of return for sealed/new items, particularly factory sealed games. Please do not remove the seal until you are certain you wish to keep the item.
These return conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
